Located in Cœur de Causse, this charming 150 m² holiday home welcomes up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom features a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, another has a 160 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and the third offers a 140 cm bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker. You will also enjoy electric heating, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as shared children's toys and books. Relax outdoors in the private garden or on the balcony. The private outdoor pool invites you to swim, and the terrace with a private barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining. You have 3 on-site parking spaces and a garage. One pet is allowed for an extra charge. Parties are not permitted. Bed linen and towels can be requested as an option for your comfort and are available for an extra charge. A bike storage room is at your disposal, and you will also have access to a pool table for your leisure. The house is ideally located in the heart of the region, between Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, and Sarlat, with shops and amenities nearby. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the house. Situated on the edge of a small village, the home offers privileged access to the historical and cultural heritage of the area, as well as the unspoiled nature of the Parc naturel régional des Causses du Quercy, a UNESCO Global Geopark.

The house features 4 bedrooms: three with double beds (140 cm), one with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed. A baby bed is available on request. The private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep) is fully enclosed with a gate and has an outdoor shower for your safety and convenience. There are two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. The large, fully equipped kitchen can host up to 15 guests, with induction hob, electric oven, stove, and refrigerator. The living room includes a flat-screen TV, closed fireplace, leather sofa, and armchairs. English pool table and darts are available free of charge. Many walking and hiking trails start directly from the house. A cycle path on a former railway is 10 km away, perfect for families, with a 20 km route between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Horse riding center nearby. All shops are 3 km away. In Gourdon (7 km) you’ll find a supermarket, train station, hospital, swimming pool, and bathing lake. The Dordogne River for swimming is about 10 minutes away. Located between Sarlat (25 km), Rocamadour (20 km), and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, you can also visit remarkable sites like the Padirac chasm.
