The Padirac Cave is 32 km away, and you can enjoy canoeing on the Célé and Dordogne rivers. This charming 150 m² house accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, another features a 190 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and the third is equipped with a 140 cm bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Amenities include a fireplace, smart TV, fan, washing machine, outdoor dryer, as well as shared toys and books for children. There is also a bike storage area and a pool table. Relax in the private garden or on the balcony. The outdoor private, fenced pool is perfect for swimming, and the terrace with a private plancha is ideal for outdoor dining. You have 3 on-site parking spaces, a closed garage, and a carport. Parties are not allowed. A restaurant, bakery, butcher, car garage, hairdresser, health center, and supermarket are within 800 m walking distance. A farmers’ market takes place on Sunday mornings in summer, and a fair is held on the first and third Monday of each month. English pool table and darts are available free of charge. Many walks and hikes start directly from the house. Cycle path on a former railway is 10 km away, ideal for families, covering 20 km between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Riding center nearby. All shops 3 km away. Supermarket, train station, hospital, swimming pool, and bathing lake in Gourdon (7 km). Dordogne river for swimming is about 10 minutes away.
